SolVAI: AI-powered vision inspection
SolVAI is our in-house deep-learning inspection platform. It detects, classifies, and outlines every object in a single pass, and it is proven in production rather than in a lab.
Pixel-level segmentation
A precise polygon mask on every detection, not just a bounding box, so object area, shape, and location can be measured and reported.
Multi-class in one pass
Multiple object classes detected in the same inference call, each with a per-instance confidence score and a full audit trail of what was found and where.
Dense scenes, fine detail
Holds accuracy with 50 or more objects in a single frame, with sub-centimeter sensitivity down to strands, screws, and small debris.
Robust in the real world
Recovers valid detections through out-of-focus capture, off-angle placement, and lighting blowout, cutting false rejects from camera and positioning variance.
Dirty boxes still pass
A stained or worn box passes instead of getting falsely rejected, because the system is looking for real foreign objects, not dirty surfaces. A flag means there is actually something in the box.
Drop-in integration
Deploys into an existing vision pipeline with no changes to PLC wiring, I/O, or the operator interface. Only the detection software changes; the rest of the line stays as it is.
